Case Study
One example is the 77-acre Computer Associates Worldwide
Headquarters facility in Islandia. This proposed complex includes
a six-story office building, a reception center, a fitness center,
day care facilities and multilevel parking structures. From
the conceptual planning stage, to final administrative approvals,
to construction management, we have been responsible for all
phases of development of the 1.5 million square foot facility. |
