Our clients rely on our experience to properly determine the size and configuration of the roads, highways, building locations, placement of any and all amenities (recreation facilities, proposed water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, stormwater management schemes and utility services) and the coordination of all necessary government agency interaction. Our successfully completed projects include residential subdivisions, nursing care facilities, commercial, industrial, retail, supermarket and office building complexes.

RMS Case Study
One example is the 77-acre Computer Associates Worldwide Headquarters facility in Islandia. This proposed complex includes a six-story office building, a reception center, a fitness center, day care facilities and multilevel parking structures. From the conceptual planning stage, to final administrative approvals, to construction management, we have been responsible for all phases of development of the 1.5 million square foot facility.
