and small, design of traffic calming and mitigation procedures,
and numerous parking studies. For our private clients, we develop
road and parking systems that facilitate traffic flow for the
most convenient site access and maximize the site area for development.
For our municipal clients, we provide data collection and analysis
to determine calming and mitigating measures, we design traffic
control devices and procedures, and we develop traffic mitigation
and management procedures -- all to facilitate the safe, efficient
and effective movement of "traffic" along state, town
